GRAVES OF VALOR IN-STORE & CD RELEASE PARTY!

Sorry folks! We've been doing most of our short updates through TWITTER, so that's why this guys is getting neglected. We have great news! Relapse's Graves of Valor will perform for free and have a release party for their new cd "Salarian Gate" at Earshot on Friday May 29th at 8pm! Here is a tiny bio of Graves of Valor:
GRAVES OF VALOR (ex-Through the Eyes of the Dead) explode to the forefront of the modern extreme metal scene with their Relapse debut ‘Salarian Gate’. The quintet’s razor-sharp attack melds a traditional metal spirit with 21st century extremity to establish GRAVES OF VALOR as one of the most promising new death metal bands in years. As songs such as “Locusta”, “Pestilence”, and the title track prove, ‘Salarian Gate’ is a massive debut and one of the best death metal albums of 2009.

New INDIE EXCLUSIVES in today!

SCOTT MILLER "FOR CRYING OUT LOUD" CD $13.99
Our distributor was out of this for a while, but have plenty in now and they are ready for the taking! Singer/songwriter/roots rock. Jointly produced by Michael Webb and Doug Lanceo. New original songs. Last studio release in 2006. Guest artists: Patty Griffin, Doug Lanceo, Tim O'Brien. Was lucky enough to see him at the CIMS convention in Nasheville and he wowed the crowd.

BONNIE 'PRINCE' BILLY/CHEYENNE MIZE "AMONG THE GOLD" 10" $11.99/DIGITAL DOWNLOAD
"Cheyenne Mize plays fiddle in Louisville's folk Collective Arnett Hollow. Bonnie "Prince" Billy creates his own world of music that many describe as Roots, country, indie rock, or just a mix of all. The duets release is culled from music written between 1873, and 1915. The music has a timeless sound to it, and their performances are excellent. I think choosing duets, and standards has allowed these performers to really open themselves as perfomers." There is no cd version that I know of but you can download this from our digital download store for a mere $6.66 visit us at earshot.thinkindie.com
